Simplified goods lift

Simplified goods lifts are lifts where it is not permitted to transport passengers. They are driven hydraulically and often used to transport waste or e.g. For transporting loads in industrial plants.

The lift shaft must be completely enclosed as in the case of passenger lifts. Its exploitable space, lifting capacity and number of stops are limited.
