What is a starting inhibition in lifts?
Control module, normally tied in with a emergency power evacuation.
In case of a blackout of commercial power supply all connected lifts in the building are commanded, one after another, to commence the emergency evacuation.
Hence the emergency generator has to provide the maximum output for the largest lift only.
